- Oversee daily operations of online B2C marketplaces and offline store; ensuring product listings, stock levels, and pricing are accurate and competitive.
- Manage a small team of marketplace sales staff, ensuring they meet performance and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and disputes, ensuring timely follow-ups and high satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive growth.
- Manage livestream events and other marketplace initiatives to boost engagement and sales.
- Analyze weekly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, product, finance, supply chain) to optimize processes and support business needs.
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 year of experience managing online marketplaces (B2C), including product listings, sales, and customer service.
- Proven experience leading a small team and driving them to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with livestream management and other marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, etc) engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling customer inquiries and disputes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, marketing, product, finance).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and willingness to be based in Kebon Jeruk or Rawa Buaya.
