Main Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the company’s business plan.
- Identify market opportunities for packaging label products across various industries.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share and meet customer needs.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Approach new customers to expand the customer network.
- Prepare pricing proposals according to the specifications and volume required by Customers.
- Monitor market trends and industry demands for packaging labels.
- Able to approach and engage potential customers both B2C and B2B
- Leading to Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

- Minimum education of Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the packaging label industry or a similar field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
