Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Vice President Marketing Performance and Culture Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead Brand Activation marketing efforts to align with Global HSBC objectives, including overseeing Global sponsorship agreements and campaigns.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Plan (including ROMI and achievement of marketing campaign targets) for digital media campaigns aimed at acquiring and engaging end customers on digital platforms.
- Create and implement an end-to-end Internal Marketing and Culture campaign strategy to support the IWPB and Network team, enhancing staff engagement as campaign advocates and sources of word-of-mouth marketing internally.
