Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering strong employee relations and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Organize and conduct employee orientation programs to ensure a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs when required.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Stay updated on market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance-based reward systems and recognition programs.
HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, and terminations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
