**About the Role**:
As People Culture & Engagement, you are responsible for cultivating a positive organizational culture aligned with company values. This includes enhancing employee engagement, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring a collaborative workplace. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing employer branding initiatives to represent the organization to external parties, both online and offline. This strategic role supports communication, recognition programs, and overall employee well-being, contributing to a strong, unified company culture.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Propose a work culture program to ensure alignment with the company's operational needs.
- Develop and propose strategies for embedding the company's culture and values into daily operations, enabling each employee to integrate these values into their work.
- Organize forums or activities to facilitate communication between management & employees about vision, mission, culture, values, regulations, and other relevant topics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage social media and internal communication channels to promote company culture and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content and materials that support a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure effective and consistent messaging across the organization, fostering transparency and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to create, distribute, and manage internal communications, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged with key company initiatives and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to create compelling employee culture and employer brand content.
- Execute innovative employer branding strategies, such as showcasing internal events, employee activities, andthe company's values in the form of social media content.
- Responsible for creating brief, impactful content and managing social media accounts related to employee and organizational activities, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with both internal and external audiences.
