**Responsibilities**:
- To set up the system, processes, implement and facilitate smooth HR operations for the Indonesia office.
- Responsible for smooth office administration such as overseeing office facilities, lease agreement and admin matters.
- Ensure execution of key HR processes such as performance review/salary reviews.
- Ensure timely collation of reports for SEA.
- Oversee timely payroll processing.
- Participate and support corporate HR initiatives.
- Meet recruitment needs which is key to growing the business.
- Onboarding for new hires and offboarding leavers.
- Work with business and finance to compute incentive and bonus payout, including target setting, getting results and providing accrual data.
- Plan and make budget and forecast for employees related items and department budget.
- Make, review and update HR policies.
- Improve HR processes.
- Oversee office admin matters such as office upkeep, stationery, pantry supply, etc.
- Liaise with building management on office matters.
- Coach peers and provide feedback on people related issues.
- Act as overseer for office to ensure discipline & execution of smooth running.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline
Technical Competencies & Skills:
- Interviewing skills.
- Payroll processing knowledge.
- Local labor knowledge.
- Good planning & organizing skills.
Leadership Competencies:
- Managing and measuring work.
- Motivating others.
- Good ability to influence others to get the job done.
Relevant Experience:
- At least 7 years of general HR practitioner experience.
- Familiar with payroll processing and local tax reporting guidelines.
- Good understanding of how HR interacts with various business functions.
- Experienced in implementing Asia Pacific/global initiatives and programs.
- Some administrative experience in ensuring smooth office operations.
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
- Conversant in English & Bahasa.
