**Job Description Summary**: The Commercial Excellence & Marketing Leader role will be responsible for setting and extending the strategic marketing and growth plans throughout the country, aligning/adapting strategy execution across modalities to enable optimal performance from Go to Market (GTM) strategies into operational excellence and profitable growth.
The role will be a key member of the Indonesia leadership team and have overall responsibility for strategy, commercial excellence and business development and working in partnership with the Indonesia commercial and business leadership team to drive profitable growth.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drive commercial, marketing, e-catalogue and channel excellence in partnership with the country leadership team and commercial leaders to enable strong solutions to operational aspects of the business such as visibility, win rate, pricing and margin achievement. Be the overall functional leader for commercial, marketing and channel excellence within Indonesia region.
- Develop a strong business analytics function that drives improved funnel management, assists in generating insights from Win/Loss analyses, fosters capture of IB/Competitive intelligence and defines/tracks/reports right KPI to drive performance across channels.
- Direct market research and analytics activities to identify market opportunities, customer needs, market size and growth, and develop & maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of trends and requirements in the healthcare market within Indonesia region.
- Track and report quarterly performance on market, share, visibility, win-rate coverage; identify reasons for performance gaps and drive programs to enable regaining strength
- Responsible to develop and execute a wing-to-wing Indirect channel strategic framework and enhance critical commercial capabilities in Indonesia
- Build feasibility study to optimize Go To Market model in partnership with country teams.
- Support the business in maximizing profitability, driving pricing governance, providing market and competitive insights, pricing recommendation in deal structuring and understanding of funnel profitability to support decision making, appropriate trade-offs in regards with margin expansion expectations.
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness across all channels; including process for sales resource optimization and sales force capabilities
- Drive standardization and efficiency of the Inquiry-to-Order and other commercial operations through deployment of tools/technologies, automation, and process excellence including LEAN.
- Develop and maintain critical relationships with the Commercial leaders, Operations COE’s and Zone teams to drive improvements in overall direct and indirect sales team efficiency and effectiveness
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience in product/region commercial marketing and strategy or commercial operations
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actions; experience establishing comprehensive strategy and plans for business growth
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and strategy
- Teaming skills - Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
- Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
