**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Design and build chatbots to meet specific client requirements
- Integrate chatbots with various platforms through API
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional chatbot solutions
- Maintain and update chatbot systems to ensure optimal performance
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to improve chatbot responses and functionalities

**What does amazing look like?**:

- Background in Engineering or Computer Science
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in chatbot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Experience with chatbot frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in developing chatbots or similar solutions
- Proven track record of working with clients and delivering projects on time
