Customer Success Specialist

Handling chat inquiry via Zendesk & chat inquiry via CRM (Qontak)
- Verify new potential online customers through calls & text messages
- Checking proof of payment from customer then checking merchants availability afterwards
- Submitting the order details into the back office system
- Mantaining & handling appropriately all of existing customers
- Familiar in order to creating quotation, purchase order & different variant invoicing schemes
- Processing order details to our merchants
- Able to create VT link online payment
- Monitoring all on going order based on internal back office systems, then checking up to each merchants 15 minutes before delivery time requested by customer
- Has high of awareness to processing the order at least 2 days in advance
- Has high sense of initiative and try to understand what customer needed
- Taking care & handle of customer complaint
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Responsible to processing the order outside of working hours
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,200,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
