**Job summary**:
The role of the Senior Market and Customer Insights Specialist is to use research techniques to enhance the core market insights collected by the Market Insight Team. They will help to build the customer insights framework to support South Pole growth across all regions and all routes to market. A key part of this is to manage multiple research tasks from different stakeholders, as well as bring continuous improvement into South Pole Voice of Customer system. As a senior person, this role is also responsible for guiding and training their junior colleagues as well as stakeholders from different teams to be more research-savvy.

**Main tasks & responsibilities**:

- Develop the research capabilities required to support South Pole growth and meet the need of the varied commercial stakeholders
- Support ad hoc and routine market insights requests, such as benchmarking and market scoping
- Own the Customer Insight processes, including Net Promoter Score survey as well as other primary consumer/customer insights surveys
- Elevate uses of existing South Pole data to enable better commercial results, such as by improving the segmentation model, or refining the commercial data storage process in Salesforce
- Work with other stakeholders within the company such as members of Marketing, Sales and Technology to identify ways to increase the value of South Pole market datasets
- Constantly improve the market insights team internal process to be increasingly effective and resource efficient
- Develop and oversee junior team members to deliver good quality insights & research work

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Interest and experience of working in a market research role or other similar analytical role in business
- University Degree in a related discipline such as Economics, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration (or other degrees but with equivalent experience)
- Excellent skills in handling spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Excel, including experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately to specific types of audiences
- Holder of national passport of Indonesia

Desirable
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably using Salesforce or a similar system
- Proficiency in other data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Understanding of the business landscape of sustainability market
- Have market research experience in a client-side & global team
- Experience in mentoring or working with a small team of juniors
- Passion for environmental issues and understanding of sustainability, CSR and related topics
