IT Service Desk

**Location: TB Simatupang, South Jakarta**
- Issue and manage problem-and-incident tickets
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to Network / Infrastructure / Data Center / IT Service Management
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Information System or Information Technology
- At least 1 year experience in the field of Information System / Information Technology, preferably as a Service Desk
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
- Ability to operate Cisco devices / Storage / Server
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to work on a contract basis
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,900,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
