**Kualifikasi**:
- Pendidikan mínimal Diploma (D3) dalam ilmu komputer atau bidang terkait
- Diperlukan mínimal 3 (tiga) tahun pengalaman yang relevan.
- Pengetahuan yang baik tentang Win 10, Linux, jaringan TCP/IP, produk Microsoft Office, prosesRIS & konsep GPO (Group Policy Object),
- Pengetahuan dasar SAP basic mínimal 1 orang di Kantor Pusat Jakarta, 1 Orang di MSIG TowerBase
- Pengetahuan yang baik otomatisasi ruang pertemuan (Video Conference) telekomunikasi WAN/LAN/ PABX/VOIP
- Pengetahuan yang Baik tentang Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, dan Google Workspace
- Pengetahuan Dasar tentang semua perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak perusahaan yangdigunakan dalam perusahaan
- Memiliki ITIL ver. 3 sertifikasi
- Penampatan di **Jakarta**
