**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We're revolutionizing the travel industry through innovative tech solutions, creating seamless experiences for travelers worldwide. As a super fast-growing start-up (10X last year), we're looking for a detail-oriented **Pricing and Margin Associate **to drive strategic pricing decisions and enhance profitability. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing pricing strategies, monitoring margins, and providing actionable insights to maximize business performance. This role reports directly into the Head of Commercial.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Analyze, review sales & margin performance of pricing strategy
- Support the development of pricing models and strategies through data gathering and analysis
- Analyze competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring pricing performance and conducting post-implementation analysis to evaluate effectiveness.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or Operations Analyst.
- A curious, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, including self-learning under mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools (Excel)
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and structured thinking to address challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
