Head of Strategic Partnership

This role mainly leads strategic partnership that focusing monetization and generate new business ideas. We help organizations maximize the benefit and strategy by implementing various project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work on strategic projects that will aim to create sustainable growth for the company and align with multiple stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR) to achieve desired outcomes and effective utilization of resources in the execution of the business plan
- Assess company’s strategic decision and identify new opportunities for growth through experimentation: Revenue, Market Share, Product/Service Differentiator.
- Drive end to end partnership from ideation, pilot, commercial deal, project management, and Implementation
- Direct contact with top management level and represent a company to corporate clients and institution
- Engage and align with various divisions not limited to Operations, Finance, Commercial, Product, Legal, Procurement, HR, local and regional
**Requirements**:
- Hold B.A. in Economics/Operational Research preferably with Masters in Business Management
- Having 7-10 years experience in management consultant, business strategy, business development
- Good influencing skills with strong organizational ability.
- Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
- Passion for data analytics, financial modeling, mathematics, and statistics.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and conceptual skill
- Highly flexible, easy to adapt with the new environment, project management, teamwork, customer-centric, and eager to self-learn under mínimal direction
- Proven track record of successful projects & the ability to translate high-level business strategies.
- Solid track record in Project Management
- Strong background in logistics and e-commerce would is highly preferred
