Technical Account Manager

2. Based on company's cloud product and solution capabilities for demand analysis, solution design, POC verification, professional service delivery and traditional IT to cloud architect design for company public cloud projects.
3. Responsible for the migration and online delivery of company's Public Cloud professional services; participate in and ensure the delivery of major projects.
4. Deep understanding of the major cloud competitors, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc., key technologies and solutions and services.
5. Handle problems on the live network, can quickly define and clearly delineate the areas mentioned when problems occur, can summarize the relevant areas of the problem through inductive analysis and drive back-end resolution.
6. Effectively communicate with customers about service solutions and risks, etc., can quickly handle customer complaints and win customer support and recognition, can interface and communicate with customer executives, experience in enterprise S/A/B level projects is preferred.
**Requirement**
1. Have electronic information engineering, communication engineering, computer science and technology, network engineering, electrical engineering and automation information engineering, information science and technology, software engineering, photoelectric information engineering, electrical information engineering, computer software, data science, data analysis and other related majors.
2. Experience in architecture/operation/maintenance/migration solutions based on virtualization (compute, network and storage) and public cloud.
3. Ability to follow the cloud technical trend of database, K8S, big data, AI, etc. technologies.
4. Good in speaking, reading and writing in English, presentation skills and customer oriented. Comfortable to give technical training to customers/partners.
5. Love to learn new technology with excellent ability to adapt and learn quickly.
6. Have HCIA, HCIP or HCIE certification will be added advantages.
7.Have 5 years or more working experience in cloud or ICT industry.
