**KEY ACOUNT EXECUTIVE**

**Divisi : Homecare Modern Market**

untuk ditempatkan di Bandung, Jawa Barat dan sekitarnya

**What You’ll Do**
- Membuka outlet baru dan me-maintain existing outlet dalam orientasi pada target SELLING IN & SELLING OUT.
- Bersama Key Account Manager membuat **Sales & Marketing Concept, Plan dan Program **yang inovatif, efektif dan efisien sertaimplementasinyaagar sejalan dengan fokus dan target Perusahaan.
- Bersama Key Account Manager merencanakan Sales & Marketing Research dengan analisis perkembangan pasar.
- Membantu merekrut, menempatkan, dan evaluasi kinerja tim Sales (SMD, SPG Leader, SPG) sesuai dengan perencanaan dalam pencapaian target
- Melakukan evaluasi berkala atas program yang sedang berjalan dan segera melakukan tindakan untuk memastikan efektifitasnya.
- Melaporkan dan memberi ide sehubungan kegiatan dan program kompetitor
- Laporan Sales & Data Report: Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly
**What You’ll Need**
- Usia 21 - 30 tahun.
- Minimum D3, dengan IPK minimum 3.0 (Management/Marketing, Business Administration dan sejenisnya)
- Menguasai MS Office Excel, Ms Words, Google Drive dan sistem aplikasi online dalam pelaporan.
- Berpengalaman kerja minimum 2 tahun sebagai Key Account / Sales Modern Market di bidang yang sama atau Consumer Goods.
- Berpengalaman dalam membuka outlet baru
- Mampu merencanakan kegiatan pemasaran, menghadapi kompetitor, target pemasaran dan evaluasi pemasaran bulanan.
- Motivasi dan inisiatif yang tinggi, komunikatif, target oriented, jujur, rajin, ramah dan disiplin tinggi.
- Kesehatan baik/prima dan dapat melakukan kunjungan efektif sesuai target.
- Mengikuti protocol kesehatan ketat saat pandemic ini
- Bersedia ditempatkan di di tiap wilayah sesuai rayon yang ditetapkan
- Memiliki Motor sendiri dan SIM C
- Memiliki HP yang memadai untuk sistem android - aplikasi

MODERN TRADE (MT) & GENERAL TRADE (GT)
- HOMECARE: Produk kimia pembersih, sanitasi, disinfektan & perawatan rumah tangga
- AUTOCARE: Produk kimia pembersih, pengilap & perawatan otomotif

Contract length: 6 months
