- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key accounts in the omni-channel and quick commerce sectors.
- Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
- Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
- Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of successful sales and account management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data, customer insights, and sales performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and internal sales team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and effectively navigate through ambiguity.
