**Job Desc**:
- Ensure efficient and accurate data reporting for insurance claims
- Maintain effective communication with insurance partners
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA claims
- Monitor & compiling payment request from stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Minimum education D3
- Good in Gsheet or excel (vlook up, h look up, pivot)
- Experience in insurance claims management > preferable
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
- Experience in using Zendesk & JIRA or similar customer service software > preferable
- Knowledge of SLA monitoring and enforcement
- Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions
