Check and approve claims as AssMan's authority limit which delivered from their staff

Training and Coaching the team

Collaborate with other team to manage complain by responding and follow up every pending case ( KAM, CS, CFBA, Provider)

Work together with product team to review a new health product or enhance current product

Work with third party administration (admedika/Halodoc) to do the claim monitoring, investigate the necessity of inpatient treatment in term of medicine expense or type of examination.

Coordinate with legal department for complex cases that need legal advice

Together with Investigator monitor the fraud claim activities and reported it to Fraud Coordinator

Check all status pending every week
Experiences in hospital or clinic at least 3 years experiences

Capable of health claim processing, with experiences in insurance at least 4 years experiences

Medical skill/knowledge

Insurance knowledge
