Job Requirements
Job Summary Responsible in managing day to day operational process claims from in-processing & out-processing claims by ensuring those process runs smoothly by following the policy/procedures/guideline and delivered within the expected turn-around-time.
Responsible in monitoring the overall team performance, coaching, and ensure all the process are carried out within established best practices guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures claims are handled in accordance with the policy, guidelines and best practice.
Monitoring all claims process and identify all risks and ensure processing of all claims as per company policy/procedure/guideline.
Assists the Head of Life Operations in the collation of information and its reporting; respond to queries raised by internal and/or external parties in a timely and accurate manner.
Involve actively in any process enhancements, review of claims guidelines to improve claims standards and at times involve in user acceptance testing on new products, system enhancement and projects.
Provide guidance to juniors to manage all claims transactions and operational process as well as ensuring an efficient tasks allocation
To fulfill any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Adhere to the policy and procedure related of risk management, compliance, legal and other departments as per company’s direction. Responsible for expense and budget management accordingly.
Serve as People Manager who is responsible for the overall people management related matters as per company’s direction which includes hiring best talent, develop talent, and ensure employee engagement.
