Sales Manager

**Key Objective**:
- To lift the sales of the Indonesia Office to higher ground
- To achieve sustainability and consistency in sales
- Courage to challenge the current situation, love to turn situation around
- Able to lead the team, and create the necessary teamwork
- Strong communicator and excellent in building relationship
- Prefer in marine industry, strong relationship with customer such as MISC will be advantage
- Mature in thoughts, and ways of handling matter
**Daily activities**:
- To monitor the sales achieved, review the potential quotations and work with sales team to close
- To self-study on products, its benefits, and how to sell it effectively
- To monitor the sales development, ensure the team provide the necessary relationship building with the customer. Able to motivate, enforce the team to engage with the customer.
- Plan activities that enhance the customer relationship, execute the activities. Able to think out of the box, and discuss with the team, gather the team support in implementation.
- Visit the customer with the sales, expand the contacts within the same company.
- Share with the team latest market news, product knowledge and company policies. Explain and ensure they understood the reasons for the implementation.
- Submitting sales report on sales development, progress and achievement. Challenge faced and ways to overcome the challenges.
- Conduct hiring and handle resignation of the staff in the team.
- Create a positive, hype work cultures in the department
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-department relationships.
- Attend training and meeting in Singapore as and when needed
- Ability to find ways to increase the sales results, identify the problems and find the solutions
- Conduct sales meeting, highlighting the sales results, improvement plans.
**Requirement**:
- Strong connection with purchaser & superintendent in the marine industry
- Good command of English, target focused.
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- People Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Marine Sales: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
