IT Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expand market share, and mentor the sales team.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, address client needs, and position our IT solutions effectively.
- Client Management: Build trusted relationships, acting as an advisor to clients in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, and FMCG sectors.
- Reporting & Planning: Forecast sales, generate reports, and stay updated on industry trends to guide strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven record of at least 7 years in Software Solution and IT professional service sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working for a global company serving the Indonesian market for at least 3 years.
- Proven record with stakeholders in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, or FMCG- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
- Professional English proficiency
