Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users' requirements.

Monitoring internet connection troubleshooting in all branches if needed.

Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.

Manage IT Network and VoIP Infrastructure, system monitoring and reports.

Implement and monitor office IT security and antivirus.

Install, configure, and support work-related software in devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.

Educate and train employees on software and hardware, provide technical support, and trouble shoot.
Minimum SMK Computer and Network Engineering, D3 Informatics Engineering, Information Systems and Electrical.

Have experience in technical support, especially related to network.

Preferably understand Windows, LINUX, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Access Point.

Details and problem solver.

Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels.

Have knowledge about troubleshooting Windows OS, Linux, MacOS PC and laptops.

Have knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, Load Balance,

Failover, Routing Mark, Static Routing, NAT, Firewall, DHCP, DNS, HotSpot, Bandwidth Management.

Have the ability MikroTik Management, UniFi (Access Point Controller).

Have knowledge of Server OS (Linux), Cloud Server, Mailserver.
