Payroll Administrator Staff

Job Description:
- Responsible for all HR administrative processes and updating regularly
- Ensure confidentiality and the accuracy of all documents, including the most recent diploma, NPWP, KK, CV, and employee identification card data.
- Create reports on employee overtime, lateness, sick days, permits, and leave relating to employee absences
- Prepare and compile correspondence in the HR department, such as contracts, Certificate of Employment, promotional letters, transfer letters, warning letters, etc.
- Manage all employee information, including employment status, contract duration, etc.
- Coordinate with branches related to attendance
- Registration of insurance participants as well as registration of BPJS Health and BPJS Employment (BPJS TK).
- Verifying and submitting official travel payments, training fees, etc.
- Understand PPH21 until the reporting process.
Qualification:
- College degree or above, with more than 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources administration.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Can operate Microsoft Excel Formula (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Table,etc).
- Strong analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Fast learner and independent.
