Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengkoordinasikan dan mengawasi semua kegiatan kantor dan operasi untuk memastikan efisiensi dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan;
- Membantu penyusunan administrasi pengadaan yang sifatnya teknis dan terkait dengan biaya untuk proyek pengembangan produk layanan teknologi informasi;
- Membantu proses penyusunan administrasi pekerjaan;
- Melakukan proses pencatatan tiket helpdesk dan memonitor perangkat dan asset komputer perusahaan.
- Membuat Laporan bulanan kegiatan untuk setiap pengadaan dan aktifitas administrasi yang telah dilakukan.
- Bersedia Support pada After Office Hour dan hari libur Nasional apabila diperlukan
Spesifikasi Personil:
- Merupakan kelompok Tenaga Ahli dengan latar belakang pendidikan mínimal sarjana strata 1 (S-1);
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 2 tahun, terutama dalam bidang administrasi dan pengadaan.
- pengalaman dalam pengelolaan Data Entry berbasis Aplikasi Web
- Mahir dalam menggunakan software Ms Office Word, Excel, dan Powerpoint
- Disiplin, Proaktif, dan Responsif dalam melakukan pekerjaan
- dapat bekerja secara mandiri dan tim
- Berpenampilan Baik dan Sopan
Jam Kerja : 8x5 (08:00 - 17:00)
