As part of Money Management POD focusing on Investment, you will play an important role in setting the
**strategy, growth plan and features for crypto Investment in GoPay app and leverage GoPay ecosystem to make crypto more accessible and relatable to regular economy. **You’ll take the wheel in creating the most
**impactful crypto investment business solutions **for our users and strategic partners, and steer the strategy and delivery of growth targets for the team. Throughout this exciting experience, you’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from product, marketing, research, and operation team among others to meet the fast-paced nature of the financial technology industry.
**What You Will Do**:
- Craft and develop narrative for crypto investment business strategy & growth plan.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business objectives and its competitive advantages by actively monitoring the competitive landscape and providing business plans for the business initiatives.
- Analyze and determine key insights for Crypto Investment POD focusing on investment by crossing research results with key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, customer requirements and operating metrics.
- Act as the stream’s business owner, setting its revenue target and working within a specific budget to achieve it
- Define which priority user segment to focus on and how to grow the portfolio by devising specific campaigns to drive activation, engagement and retention
- Contribute to complex and time-critical projects for senior leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
- Execute quantitative analyses and modeling that translates data into actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly analysis of key financial and operational metrics to provide recommendations for team’s and leadership's decision making.
- Manage Crypto investment POD initiatives both on an on-going basis and on an ad-hoc basis while collaborating with greater group stakeholders.
**What You Will Need**:
- A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree
- Should have at least 2 year of working experience with crypto exchanges, defi/cefi crypto investment protocols and funds
- Should have at least 8 year working experience, experience working with fintech / financial service companies is a plus (ie: stock exchanges, visa, mastercards, consulting)
- Should have a good understanding of Crypto business landscape, be able to make sound value & risk analysis of crypto currencies, tokens & defi protocols (lending, derivatives, liquidity mining etc.)
- Having an in-depth knowledge of investment businesses/products and value proposition is a plus
- Strong project management skill to manage complex projects; also can manage and prioritise multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work confidently and comfortable with multiple internal and external stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and ensuring everyone’s on the same page
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data analytics ability
- A data-driven work ethic in order to generate actionable insights from data and numbers combined with on-the-ground research. Proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet with expertise in financial modeling.
- Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Strong critical thinking capabilities in order to lead the team through holistic problem-solving sessions
