We are looking for Customer Care Transformation & Intelligence Executive who will be based in Jakarta Customer Care Transformation & Intelligence Executive is responsible to transform the way of working of RRP Customer Care via digitalization to accelerate the growth, scalability and deliver ultimate consumer experience. You also need to ensure how we can translate abundant of data into actionable insights for business future plan. You will work on high-profile projects, Working as One Team with multiple stakeholders from Commercial, Marketing & Operations colleagues to enhance the experience along the entire customer journey. Your 'day to day': - Establish projects which eliminate consumer pain points and transform/improve customer experience via digitalization - Familiarize yourself with the wider business, helping to develop and maintain consistency, proven to deliver high NPS scores which in turn generate repeat business. Support the development and coordination of implementing commercial plans and projects - Work closely with our RTM & Consumer Experience Teams to help optimize engagement and drive acquisition through lead generation and onboarding initiatives - Work on optimizing the customer experience in via digital Customer Care touchpoints as well as working on projects that brand - Support the focus on customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, by driving the use of customer insights, including the outputs of our acquisition & retention programs - Have a determined approach to maximizing brand in our service delivery, helping to future-proof our secret recipe - Help to support the deployment of Digital Customer Care tools by identify and create the suitable Deployment Plan that can be acknowledge by the whole RRP Team stakeholders Who we're looking for: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree from any major - 2-3 years experience in FMCG/corporate/tech start up's Product Management & Consumer Experience Team - Strong drive for results and firm decision-making as the result of comprehensive understanding towards objective - Experienced in business transformation & digitalization - Solid business perspective to allow strategic recommendations towards excellence deployment - Courageous, comfortable with ambiguity, and agile working environment - Excellent collaboration and communication skill for internal and external partner - Fluency in English, both written and verbal What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
