**Responsibilities**:
- Menangani pertanyaan, permintaan, dan keluhan pelanggan & agen
- Berkoordinasi dengan kantor pusat untuk penyelesaian keluhan yang diajukan oleh pelanggan melalui Surat Keluhan
- Berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan kantor pusat untuk pertanyaan dan keluhan yang belum terselesaikan dan memantau penyelesaiannya
- Memberikan umpan balik kepada pimpinan dan kepala kantor mengenai kebutuhan pelanggan dan perhatian untuk perbaikan
- Menangani dokumen & informasi dari kantor pusat ke pelanggan & tenaga penjualan
- Administrasi logistik, persediaan, alat tulis, suvenir, dll
- Administrasi operasional & pemantauan kas kecil
**Ke Requirements**:
- Gelar Sarjana, jurusan apa saja
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai layanan pelanggan merupakan nilai tambah
MS Office, Power Point
- Keterampilan Interpersonal, Keterampilan Komunikasi, Keterampilan Layanan Pelanggan,
- Keterampilan Penanganan Keluhan & Keterampilan Penanganan Administrasi
