**Job Deskripsi**
- Handle walk-in customers and assist Sales Force at the Sales Office.
- Check and verify incoming documents for completeness, log them into Sharing Folder & CCMS.
- Follow up with Sales Force and customers regarding documents, claim requirements, premium holidays, premiums due, orphan policies, etc.
- Deliver policy books to Sales Force and follow up on the submission of Tanda Terima Polis.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as required.
- Manage and submit reimbursement, purchase requests, etc., in Idempiere.
- Execute other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the Sales Office.
- Manage and report petty cash usage.
