Makassar, Indonesia Fresh Factory Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to tenant concerns, issues and questions; identify and assess tenant needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with tenants through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools
- Handle tenant complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, also follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of tenant interactions, process tenant accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage tenants and develop revenue tenants for long-term business

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (key account executive, marketing, or sales).
- Having experience in the e-commerce or startup industry (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and etc).
- Willing to be placed in Bali

**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makassar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development/ Sales Representative: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
