Job Description
CRM manager will act as the owner of the channel to maintain compliance with regulation, strong engagement with audiences and effective execution of campaigns. You’ll be able to spot opportunities, adapt quickly to changing market trends and quickly execute multiple projects, whilst being consistent with brand messaging and tone of voice. We expect you to be accurate in your analysis and reporting of outcomes and be able to inspire and motivate others to help drive marketing throughout the organization.
- Plan, design and lead hygiene campaigns for CRM channels to maintain high user activation and engagements
- Co-develop and execute brand, acquisition and product campaigns with the planner team. Provide best practices of the channels and own the optimization of user experience of the channel
- Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)
- Ensure consistency of user experiences and full compliance with regulation on any marketing execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience and proven track record in managing CRM channels is a big plus
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
