We are currently hiring General Affair Staff

Qualification:

- Minimum 3 years experience as General Affair
- Preferably have civil engineering background, graduated from civil engineer major is a plus 1 years of proven experience in construction, civil engineering, experience in building or office construction projects is preferred
- Preferably have procurement background
- Willing to work mobile, able to drive a car & motorcycle (have SIM A & C is a must)
- Strong communication, wide networking, project management, good interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to details and can prioritize task & complete tasks in a timely manner
- Able to work individually with minimum supervision
- Willing to work both on the weekends and outside office hour
- Domicile near Tanjung Priok & willing to work at Tanjung Priok (Jakarta Utara) will be a plus

Job Descriptions:

- Work onsite on HRGA projects, new office building consturction, employee mess and other related project
- Support all HRGA related projects, procurement of goods and payment request
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service provider, survey venndor, create vendor comparision and prepare purchase order and payment request.
- Maintain asset, building, machines, vehicles, equipment control and its condition, to determine if the asset continues to function accordingly
- Work as a team and coordinate with other HR & GA team members
- Support HRGA employee engagement events.
