General Affair Officer

Overseeing daily office management & operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Coordinate with various departments to handle office needs and resolve operational issues and manage office facilities, including work space allocation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Providing administrative support for the General Affairs department. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on daily tasks and responsibilities and monitor vendor performance, including ensuring compliance with service agreement levels.
- Planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences arrangements and turning the events around to align with organizational goals and maintain a positive company image. Manage logistics, including venue reservations, catering services, and audio visual requirements.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety compliance & protocols in the office.
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of general budgeting issuances.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of office-related transactions and activities.
**Requirements**:
- Associate's Degree graduate or equivalent majoring in Business Administration, Management, or other related fields (preferably men).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in General Affairs.
- An agile individual with hands-on on the field problem-solving, good communication skills, and able to demonstrate initiatives / ideas.
- Fluency in English would be a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara, Sunter.
