Oversee and manage office facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and meet organizational needs.
- Supervise building maintenance projects, including renovations, repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor workplace health and safety (HSE/K3) practices and implement measures to create a safe work environment.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and facility-related items.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a General Affair Staff or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction/building blueprints (civil engineering knowledge is preferred).
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations (K3).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
