We are looking for a **SI Partner Account Manager** to be based in our Jakarta Indonesia office.
This position is responsible for hunting, developing and **growing System Integrator Partners accounts **as well as implementing Rockwell Automation’s System Integrator program in country aligned with SEA Market Access strategy. The primary responsibility is to **develop and implement system integrator programs** to support accelerated, profitable growth through the various SI communities.
**Responsibilities**
- Review the SI program and sales support strategy in conjunction with local and global stakeholders to focus on driving value and growth for both Rockwell Automation and its SI partners.
- Ensure RA staff understand the requirements and benefits of the SI program, and how to work with SI’s for mutual benefit.
- Influence distributor, sales and market access teams to be fully engaged in support of the SI programs.
- Collaborate with RA and SI staff to define partnership success metrics.
- Annually review the program performance and participation of SI’s.
- Work with local and global RA resources to define and implement SI competency programs to support growth.
- Work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure SI strategies are being documented and implemented.
- Develop a clear strategy in conjunction with market access lead and Rockwell Automation’s authorised distribution network to ensure the integrity of supply chain and channels to market for Rockwell Automation, Information solution. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
**Education / Experience Requirements**
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years selling experience in the industry
- Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal / external management.
- Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous.
- Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on commercial plans.
