**We will count on you to**:
- Develop network to grow our Cargo Insurance accounts portfolio.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities and risk management, to provide advice accordingly.
- Present, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies.
- Managing and supervise our ‘Cargo Facility’ scheme.
- Participate in presentations to prospects and existing clients, identify any need for new products and develop innovative solutions for them.
- Coach and advice other colleagues within the RM and Corporate segments to support their client servicing activities.
**What you need to have**:
- Solid technical skill/knowledge of Cargo Insurance product.
- Ability to solve business problems through consultative approach with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to build relationships with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
