**Tasks**
- We are looking for operation support that will help the admin manager most likely with the scheduling, manage renewal certification, negotiate travel arrangements for the auditors.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- To support audit planning activities (Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, Recertification, and Special audit)
- To support and inform the assessment schedule to the related functions, e.g. management system assessor and clients, refer to assessors EA code/scope and the rules of accreditations; including sending audit confirmation to the client (2 months before the due date/ expiry of the Certificate).
- To support and monitor the implementation of the assessment schedule, including the hotels and flight
- To ensure audit activities are conducted according to global KPI requirements, including audit planning, audit reports submission, audit rejections monitoring, and certificate issuance process
- Sent certificate to the client
- Key in Time Sheet Weekly
- Update master list of certified clients by end of each quarter
- To maximize internal auditor utilization
- To help in collecting the debt for an existing client
- Monitoring and tracking of audit reports submission for Internal & External Auditors

**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate with Bachelor s degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
- Have good communicating skills, including negotiation skill
- Able to communicate the minimum in basic English
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Operating Microsoft Program especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Meticulous, organized, and attention to detail
