ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in Kaliber’s sales activities and the overall client onboarding experience. The role’s primary focus is on providing administrative support for the sales and client services team and contributing to the end-to-end experience of a lead or valued client.

A fundamental knowledge of Digital Marketing services and tech-savviness are big advantages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Sales Acquisition and Engagement (70%)
- Filter sales inquiries received and provide support in assessing partnership potential
- Establish communication with prospective clients and oversee the timely execution of sales and client onboarding SOPs
- Acquire all necessary administrative information by liaising with the internal team and any other relevant stakeholders to provide support in the necessary administrative tasks
- Oversee prompt and accurate scheduling of prospective client meetings and take relevant notes for the minutes
- Facilitate in creating scope of services document, sales pitch decks, quotations, and any other administrative documentation as deemed necessary
- Provide support to the client services and sales team by presenting proposals to prospective clients
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and keep the engagement going
- Facilitate the closing of the sales and endorse the client to the relevant teams
- Oversee smooth transition from sales to the client delivery team
- Provide support in building and maintaining a list of potential leads as directed by management
- Provide support in preparing monthly reports on the status of sales and revenue

Client Management and Retention (20%)
- Ensure that client profiles are updated regularly (ie, names of PIC, contact details, detail notes on relationship history, special requirements, etc)
- Plan and execute client engagement initiatives

Business Development and Administration (10%)
- Provide support to the management through monthly progress reports and identify areas of improvement on daily sales processes and provide support to implement initiatives that refine the end-to-end process.
- Ad hoc requests and relevant administrative tasks

**Requirements**:
Qualification and Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and client management, preferably within the digital marketing sphere but not limited to
- A graduate of Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent

Technical and Soft Skills
- Skilled proficiency in HubSpot with at least 1 year of experience
- Proficient in proposal tools such as Proposify or DocuSign
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Digital literacy and tech savvy
- Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills
