The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Design & deliver end-to-end training for trainer in Quantitative/Verbal Reasoning/Logical Reasoning and other parts of an aptitude test.
- Deliver Communication /Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers youth to take up employment
- Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
- Conduct online video-based trainings with excellent platform skills
- Maintain and run the content on internal systems
- Work with Trainer Reporting to evaluate and grade training assignments of trainees and conduct feedback
- Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organisation as a whole
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Increase trainees skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a voice coach or training delivery experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussion across stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation & collaborative skills
- Ability to articulate their opinion in discussions
- Utilize learning methodologies and learning tools
- Strong people skills to connect with all levels
- Certifications in the behavioural skills domain
