We’re looking for a **Curriculum Designer**to join our Program and Content Development team for supporting GEC to become the#1 “Go-To-Destination” for businesses to develop their employees’ skills and competencies.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conceptualize a new program concept and plan to find the most suitable program type for specific audience, also provide learning strategy and insight for the business side
- Collaborate intensely with Experts and SMEs to develop the curriculum and instructional design
- Monitor and track the running programs and decide the improvement points for the next batch
- Be responsible for alignment across stakeholders and team to ensure the program is on track
- Work closely with Community, Product Marketing, and Business Operation, to develop the most suitable framework and workflow for the operational system

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Min. 2 years of working experience in Curriculum Design/Training and Development field.
- Proven track record of concepting, developing and implementing a learning program from scratch
- Customer-driven: good listening skills, able to communicate effectively, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with early-stage products, i.e. you work well with uncertainty and like taking responsibility.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Ability to write in English is a must-have.
