Summary

Lead a team of store management to deliver the business plan for their area, ensuring that people

development, customer focus and financial results are all achieved, developing and driving the

operating, visual and selling style of the brand and to support the wider business plan by sharing

best practice and supporting companywide initiatives. 80-85% time in store.

**Responsibilities**:
Build Talent - Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent
- Build & grow high performing teams
- acquire, develop, engage & retain extraordinary talent. Set clear performance expectations and create a culture of empowerment & accountability to achieve results.
- Cascade and coach retail training to the team, ensuring a consistent knowledge across the market. Deliver and coach real life training on the shop floor.

Build Capability - Analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities
- Deliver business results through insight & action - identify key insights and take fast, focused action to grow productivity & performance.
- Maximize the store staff scheduling to improve constantly staff productivity, monitoring carefully the payroll costs for the markets.

Build the Brand - Build a store’s environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional in-store shopping experiences
- Direct a consistent focus on customer loyalty and creating emotionally engaging customer experiences - DMs spend the major p art of their time in stores with the Store Manager and teams, they coach and mentor teams by reinforcing superior Selling Skills, they bring the brand to life everyday

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree with at least 1 year experience experience in managing area or districts, from Retail Industry (preferably) or other industry.
- Outgoing & have some extend of leadership skill.
- Paying attention to detail & structured.
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Point (to present ideas), Microsoft Excel (in analysis KPI and or data).
- Update to fashion or following fashion at least.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
