**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that managers and store personnel are familiar with Company’s objectives and goals and work towards their achievements
- Prepare, implement and achieve an operational business plan and estimates for the efficient operation of your region
- Work closely with the product development manager and the merchandise manager in the development creation and timely establishment of a shoe line.
- Overall responsibility of maintaining stock standard at or within the approved level, while at the same time ensuring proper supply at the stores

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- At least 3-5 experience in Retail industry is mandatory
- Prior experience as Store Manager within Retail industry is a must
- Well established planning skills and an ability to take a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to demonstrate commerciality involving current trends and forecasting future trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships, managing conflict and influencing others
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
