**Job Responsibilites**:

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of Indonesian e-commerce market trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer behavior to provide data support for product selection, pricing strategies, and marketing activities.
- Store Management: Responsible for the refined operation of platforms on mainstream Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Tokopedia, including: product listing, responding to basic customer complaints, maintaining account security and positive review rates, listing optimization (pricing, copywriting, keywords, graphics, videos, QA, selling point extraction, A+ pages, negative review handling, size optimization, etc.);
- Marketing Activities: Plan and execute various promotional activities (such as limited-time discounts, buy more save more, bundle sales, etc.), and use platform resources (such as advertising spaces, coupons) to increase store traffic and sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good buyer relationships through effective customer service strategies, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Analysis: Monitor store performance using e-commerce backend tools, including key indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, sales, etc., with clear advertising logic and some research on different category advertising strategies.
- Sales/Inventory Planning and Adjustment: Possess the ability to formulate and adjust sales/stock plans based on data logic and judgment, and have strong inventory control capabilities with clear logistics for stock and shipment.

**Job Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 5 years of operational experience on Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin communication.
- Majors in marketing, e-commerce, international trade, or related fields.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market.
- Proficient in office software such as Excel and PPT.
- Understanding the basics of SEO and SEM.
