**Location**: Indonesia, Jakarta

**Supporting Teams**: New Energy Vehicle, E-commerce & Livestreaming

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Management**:

- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand each position's requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
- **Employee Relations Management**:

- Maintain positive employee relations by handling onboarding, offboarding, and other employment matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
- Support business teams in managing team dynamics, providing advice on company policies, employee benefits, career development, and other HR-related topics.
- **HR Policy and Process Optimization**:

- Assist in formulating and optimizing HR policies and processes according to company standards and local regulations, ensuring compliance in team management.
- Stay updated on market trends and HR best practices, offering insights to enhance management efficiency within the team.
- **Performance Management and Employee Development**:

- Support the implementation of performance evaluations, promote employee growth, and improve overall team performance.
- Partner with business teams to facilitate employee career development, plan, and execute various training and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with recruitment experience in the New Energy or E-commerce & Livestreaming industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proactive, resilient, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office software; experience with HR systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
