**Key Responsibilities**:
KPI Management: Develop and monitor the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure the achievement of operational targets.

Training & Development: Design and execute regular employee training programs to enhance skills, service quality, and operational efficiency within the hotel.

Performance Management: Establish and manage the performance evaluation system, providing feedback to employees and identifying areas for improvement.

Workplace Culture Development: Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work culture.

HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure that the hotel’s HR policies comply with labor laws and protect the interests of both the company and employees.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues, including addressing grievances and conducting mediations.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, particularly within the hospitality or hotel industry.

**Skills**:
Strong expertise in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Proven experience in developing and implementing KPIs.

Deep understanding of employee training and development within the hospitality sector.

Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
