DUITKU (PT Kharisma Catur Mandala), is a start-up company engaged in Financial Technology domiciled in the West. We are looking for some people to occupy positions as Customer Service Head.

Customer Service is any activity intended to provide satisfaction through good service. The services provided include receiving complaints and assisting Customers in solving their problems. A Customer Service must be good at finding solutions to solve problems faced by customers. Customer Service Head will be trusted to handle 24 hours/3 shifts Customer Service Teams in providing excellent services, availability and best Customer experience as a representation of the company with the aim of never letting any Customer down.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise Customer Service Team day to day operations.
- Workshift management.
- Maintaining healthy environment within Customer Service Team.
- Handling Customer complaints in timely manner.
- Provide assistance and solutions.
- Perform validation activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree, any major.
- 3 - 5 years in Customer Related services.
- Leadership qualities.
- Team player, diligent, friendly, and honest.
- Eagerness to learn about new things/technologies.
- Communicative.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Can work shifts/nights.

**Skills Required**:

- Have good communication skills.
- Able to operate computer, microsoft office, and google services.
- Able to speak English, both oral and written.

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
