Persyaratan
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major
Having minimum 3 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, especially to Expatriate Director will be a plus
Good communication skill in English (verbal and written)
Good interpersonal skills
Able in doing multi-task job and good time management
Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity Tanggung Jawab
Maintain calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms, prepares and sequences agendas
Assist Director in managing daily administrative
Manage incoming/outgoing telephone calls
Arrange business travel related and daily/weekly/monthly meetings
Prepare correspondence letters, memos, minutes of meeting and/or reports, and handle confidential documents.
Coordinate with Corporate Secretary Dept in handling expatriates matters
