Job Description:
- Provide secretarial and organizational support
- Organize and maintain an effective filling system
- Dictating audio files and written notes
- Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
- Transcribing and proofreading documents
- Indexing and updating document binders
- Collecting and delivering documents
- Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more stakeholders
- Supporting research and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirement:
- Diploma (D3) degree majoring in secretary, administration, or any related field
- Min. 1 year of experience as secretary to the Board of Directors for Junior Positions (having experience in legal industry will be a plus)
- Tech-savvy and have strong proficient in Ms.Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability.
