**Job Purpose/Role**

Reporting to and work alongside with the Regional People Ops Manager, you will represent Allianz Technology in Indonesia in the People Project Workstreams of the program and contribute actively towards the Project and the overall people transfer including HR Due Diligence, Terms & Conditions evaluation, steering of HR Legal topics and incorporating the new employees into the People processes.

This role will transit after the business transformation program to serve as the HR Business Partner for the Allianz Technology Indonesia Branch.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive the delivery of Allianz Technology Indonesia deliverables for the Indonesia business transformation program, including but not limited to Scoping Template/FTE template preparation, local Term and Conditions provision and review, planning and execution of employee transfer activities
- Support and collaborate with the Allianz Indonesia HR Team as appropriate to execute on people initiatives (etc provision of briefing sessions to transferred staff to onboard them) to ensure the success of the Indonesia Business Transformation Program
- Drive and support from a HR perspective on Allianz Technology Indonesia branch set up topics, etc payroll set up, benefits set up, HR operations set up
- Coordinate the People topics in close collaboration with local (international) and central project team members
- Represent Allianz Technology Indonesia in the People Workstream within the overall project organization
- Provide input as the Allianz Technology Indonesia HR Representative into the overall HR project plan for the Indonesia business transformation program, including risk identification and mitigation
- Ensure the implementation of global and local People processes and support the execution of initiatives consistent with corporate business and HR strategy, policies and processes.
- Closely collaborate with other workstreams, especially Change Management, Finance, Communications and IT Workstream
- Analyze People risks as well as interdependencies and develop mitigation activities
- Willingness and ability to work in a virtual international team

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
- 5 to 10 years of HR Experience, including experiences as a HR Business Partner and/or HR project manager in an international and matrix set up.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve non-standardized tasks in fast paced project environment
- Ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders on management level
- Knowledge of the People value chain and how a People Function works
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and influencing skills, great empathy
