**About The Role**

Tentang Anak is seeking a results-oriented and

highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a General Trade Offline Sales representative for the Jawa Timur - Bali area. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new baby shops as customers and achieving sales targets in the designated area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers within the general trade sector to expand market reach and achieve sales targets (baby shops, etc).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to baby shops to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in the mom & baby products industry.
- Have acquaintance with a number of baby shops in Jawa Timur - Bali area
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
